Virtual staging for Alberta listings

Use RenderVibe to explore furniture for an Alberta listing photo. No provincial office and no local market statistics. Review every concept against the source.

Real RenderVibe before-and-after examples

Reference photos and saved results from RenderVibe tests. These are visual concepts, not photographs of completed work. Briefs below summarize the requests; source credits accompany licensed stock photos.

From a cleared room to a living-room concept

After · AI-generated concept

The brief: Add a cream sofa, cognac chairs, an oak coffee table and a textured rug. Remove stored furniture pieces and keep the room’s existing finishes.

What to review: The result illustrates a seating arrangement around the existing window and door. Compare the floor, openings and furniture scale with the source before using it.

A new account gets one starter credit for a watermarked preview. The US$4 Starter pack includes five credits and clean downloads. A standard image uses one credit; check your quote for other requests. Compare all credit packs and monthly plans.

One studio for the whole province

RenderVibe is a web app. It does not have an Alberta office, a regional price, or a crew that drives to the property. A realtor in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, or a smaller market uses the same upload, the same quote, and the same duty to compare the result with the original photo. This page does not quote average sale prices, days on market, or a claim that staged listings sell faster. Those figures change and this product has not published a provincial study. The practical question is whether a furnished concept helps a buyer read an empty room, and whether the image still tells the truth about that room.

Photograph the room you have

Long winter light, a bright south window, or a dark basement suite will show up in the source. Ask the concept to add furniture, not to replace the weather outside the glass or the lot next door. State the room's job: a main-floor family room, a small upper bedroom, or a dining area that has to keep a path to the stairs. Name the pieces and the features that stay. Independent generations of two angles can disagree, so review each photo against its own original. Do not assemble them into a tour and assume the sofa matches. The small-bedroom example is a worked review of scale and closet access.

Where files are stored, and what that does not mean

Account data and private uploads use the app's Supabase project in Canada Central. Image generation uses a separate model provider. Canada Central storage is not a Calgary or Edmonton office, and it is not a promise that every processing step stays in one building. It is also not legal advice about listing records. Keep your own copies of the originals you need for the brokerage file. Private download links for clean images are short-lived. Read the privacy policy before you upload a client's home.

Plans are a different job from listing photos

A vacant resale photo and a PDF of a house that is not built yet should not share one brief. Listing staging starts from the photograph. Early views from drawings start from the PDF and are concepts, not measured models. A plan check on 9 September 2026 in Edmonton used three customer PDFs and found realistic materials with failed layout and unit-count fidelity. That was a small qualitative review, not a provincial accuracy rate. If you are showing a to-be-built home, read floor plan PDF to rendering and keep the drawings beside the image. For furniture on an existing home, stay with AI home staging.

Credits for an occasional Alberta listing

One starter credit produces a watermarked preview. The US$4 Starter pack adds five credits and clean downloads without a subscription. A standard image uses one credit. US$19 buys 30 pack credits and US$49 buys 100. Monthly plans cost US$19 for 40 credits or US$49 for 120 credits in the period, then those monthly credits expire. Failed generations return credits. Budget a redo when the first concept crowds a doorway. City-specific notes for Calgary are on virtual staging in Calgary. The shared realtor steps are on virtual staging. Confirm brokerage rules before you publish.

Does RenderVibe cover all of Alberta?

The studio is available in the browser. It does not provide local installation, local photography, or in-person staging anywhere in the province. You supply the photo and you accept or reject the concept.

Are Alberta listing statistics included?

No. This page does not state prices, absorption, or a sales lift for Alberta homes. Use your board's own numbers if you need market facts. Use RenderVibe only as a way to prepare and review a visual concept.
