RenderVibe

Privacy policy

Updated October 11, 2026. This policy describes the current RenderVibe service, operated by Deimira Baidoo. For questions or requests, email hello@rendervibe.io.

Information the app uses

The app processes account information, uploaded property photos and plans, chat instructions, generated images, project records, invitations, selections and approvals. Approval records include the signer’s name, the selected design and the time of sign-off. Service logs and usage records help us diagnose failures and track generation costs.

Google sign-in

When you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your basic account identity, including your email address and profile information, with our authentication provider, Supabase. We use this information to create or identify your account and give you access to your projects. We request only the openid, email and profile permissions. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

Google account information is used for sign-in and account identification. It is not sold or used for advertising. You can remove the app’s connection in your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not itself delete previously saved property records.

How project information is used and shared

We use uploaded files and instructions to provide the design tools you request, save project history, and support collaboration. When you request an AI image, the relevant instructions and images are sent to Fal.ai and the image model it operates for that request. These services process content under their own policies. Submit only material you have permission to use.

Vercel hosts the app. Supabase provides account authentication, the database and private file storage. Cloudflare R2 provides private storage for uploaded files, generated images, videos and exports when enabled. During the storage migration, Supabase copies are retained for rollback. Access to private files uses temporary authorized links. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Property owners and invited members can access records shared within their property. Downloaded files and invitation links can also be shared by the people who receive them. RenderVibe uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits in aggregate; it does not use cookies for this.

AI assistant, plan analysis and model decisions

When you use the design assistant or request an analysis of your plans, relevant messages, recent conversation, design preferences, project details and selected reference images or drawing pages are processed through Vercel AI Gateway using Google's Gemini model. Plan analysis may also include extracted drawing text and a sheet index. This helps the app answer questions and prepare design instructions.

To help choose an image model, RenderVibe sends a limited portion of your design prompt, task type, scene description and design observations through OpenRouter to TypeSafe AI's Jev decision model. Up to five recent structured reviews from the same account and project may be included: the image model used, scene, usability, structure, realism, how well the request was followed and issue categories. Free-form private review notes and image files are not included in this Jev request. Names or addresses that you put in a prompt or drawing may still appear in the text processed by an AI provider.

RenderVibe saves model decisions and reviews with your project records to reuse decisions and support later requests. Using previous ratings as context does not automatically retrain Jev. These providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies, including OpenRouter's privacy policy. Avoid including personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the design task. The selected image model is shown in the cost confirmation before a render is submitted.

Payments and billing records

Stripe processes purchases and subscriptions. Payment details you enter in Stripe Checkout or its customer portal are handled by Stripe; RenderVibe does not store your full card number or card security code. We send the selected pack or plan and an account identifier so a payment can be linked to the correct account. We retain payment and subscription identifiers, purchase status, plan or pack details, credit transactions and refund or dispute records to deliver purchases, manage access and reconcile billing. Stripe may also collect contact and billing information during checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Inspiration, address suggestions and public presentations

When enabled, inspiration searches send the room or style you enter to Pexels. Viewing reference photos loads images from Pexels, which receives the usual connection information, including your IP address. Saved inspiration links and photographer credits are visible to the property's builder and customer.

Address suggestions send the address text you type to Geoapify. You can also enter an address manually. Search results may be cached temporarily to reduce repeated requests. Provider usage counts help keep these services within their free allowances.

Publishing a property presentation makes its selected photos, title, description and optional address visible to anyone with its link. Presentations expire after 30 days and can be revoked by the builder. Creating a QR code sends the public presentation link to Orca Scan. Revocation stops future access through the link but cannot recall copies someone already downloaded or shared.

Guide measurement

When you enter the studio from a design guide and sign in, we record the first guide identifier and a broad source label (such as Google or unknown) with your account. We compare this with subsequent completed renders and purchases to improve our guides. We do not store search terms, referring URLs, photos or prompts for this measurement, or send these records to third-party analytics. The owner report covers entries from the last 90 days; the account-linked record remains until account deletion. You can request its deletion through our contact address.

We also use existing account creation dates, successful render records and purchase records to calculate aggregate seven-day signup outcomes for the last 12 calendar weeks. This report separates accounts with pilot credit grants and excludes configured test accounts and operators. It does not introduce visitor identifiers or cookies, and displays counts rather than account identities.

Storage and account controls

Authentication sessions and a small amount of project navigation state are stored in your browser. When you open the studio from a design guide, we remember the guide identifier for up to 24 hours so its suggested brief survives sign-in. This is cleared when you start a new project or dismiss the brief; it does not store your photos or personal prompts. Project records and uploaded files are stored in the backend. Access controls and private file links limit access to authenticated users with the appropriate permissions, except for content explicitly published in a public property presentation.

Saved projects and signed approval histories remain available until they are removed through account administration. Contact us to request access, correction, an export or deletion of your information. If a request affects a shared property or a signed approval history, we will explain the effect on those records and the other participants before making the change. Backups and service logs may persist under the hosting providers’ retention schedules.

Generated pictures and videos on unpaid trial accounts expire 30 days after creation and are automatically removed, including their preview files. Purchasing a credit pack before expiry keeps saved renders. Uploaded reference photos and plans are not removed by this trial-render cleanup. Minimal history records may remain after the media files are deleted. Expired renders cannot be recovered by a later purchase.
