Terms of service

Your account and uploads

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Upload only photos, drawings, logos and other material you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, impersonate people, create unlawful content or gain unauthorized access to another account.

AI images and videos

RenderVibe creates visual concepts. AI can change dimensions, structure, materials, furniture and other details, including between views of the same property. Outputs are not verified architectural drawings, engineering advice, surveys or construction instructions. Check every result against the source material and use qualified professionals for construction decisions. Disclose virtual staging and proposed changes when sharing listing images.

Credits and purchases

The app shows the credit cost before you confirm generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases. The Starter pack costs US$4 for 5 credits, enough for five standard one-credit images. It includes clean downloads, has no credit expiry and can be purchased again. Other actions may use more credits, as shown in the quote. Optional Agent (US$19 for 40 credits) and Studio (US$49 for 120 credits) subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Monthly credits are added after successful payment and expire at the end of their billing period; they are used before one-time credits. Cancel through Manage subscription before renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation preserves the remaining paid period and one-time credits. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Credits are added after payment is verified. A failed delivery returns app credits according to the job’s recorded outcome; a refund of app credits is not a refund of a payment. If a failed generation is refunded after its monthly credit period has ended, the returned app credits remain usable without that expired deadline.

For a billing mistake or refund request, contact us with your account email and purchase reference. Applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s refund requirements continue to apply.

Trial previews, downloads and storage

Trial credits let you create and review previews. Original image downloads unlock after your first verified credit-pack or subscription payment. Unpaid generated images and videos expire after 30 days. Paying before expiry keeps those outputs under the current retention policy; a purchase after expiry cannot recover removed files. Uploaded reference files are not removed by this trial-output policy. Keep your own copies of important material.

Property selections and approvals

Saving choices leaves a selection editable. An invited customer can review and sign a selection in their own account; the app records their name, the selected image and choices, and the time of approval. A builder lock records a builder’s decision and is labelled separately from customer sign-off. Later revisions retain earlier approval records. These records support your project workflow and do not replace any separate construction contract or required professional approval.

Content and service access

You retain your rights in uploaded material. You allow RenderVibe and its service providers to process it to deliver the features you request, store your projects and maintain the service, as described in our privacy policy. AI outputs may resemble other outputs; uniqueness and third-party rights clearance are not guaranteed.

Features may change, and availability depends on our hosting, payment and AI providers. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated date and an appropriate notice.
